The HIV/AIDS Reach Program (HARP) provides free legal services to eligible clients in Alabama. To qualify, you must be: • Low-income; AND • Be HIV+; OR • Be the spouse or child of someone who's HIV+; OR • Have an HIV-related legal issue.
