Who We Are

Legal Services Alabama handles civil cases only. LSA's Statewide Call Center has lawyers licensed to practice in Alabama and other staff who know how to help low-income people resolve their legal problems.

You can apply for legal aid in Alabama anytime by going to this link. This is our Statewide Online Intake and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Legal Services Alabama's Statewide Call Center provides brief advice and self-help materials and also provides referrals to LSA's Offices, outside counsel or other agencies as appropriate.

The Call Center does not make appointments and provides NO in-person services.
