Cases are accepted based on several factors, including but not limited to client need, safety, and staff availability. The only way to know for sure if we can accept a civil case is to apply. If you call our intake office, you will have the opportunity to speak with someone experienced in evaluating your specific circumstances to determine if we will be able to accept your case to represent you or provide legal advice. If we do not accept your case, the staff in the call center will give you suggestions on where you may be able to find assistance.


We are NOT able to respond to requests for legal assistance made by email or webform. You MUST contact us as outlined below so we can determine if we can help you. If you still send in an email with a question about your legal problem or requesting legal advice, a response containing the inforamtion on this page will be sent to you. This could potentially waste precious time, especially if your legal problem had a short deadline.
